Who can rent
I'm at least 25 years old (this applies to every driver).
I have a valid full driver's license — not a provisional or learner's permit.
I'll bring my physical license at pickup (copies, phone photos, and digital images can't be accepted).
International guest? Bring your international driver's license and passport.
Any additional drivers ($20/day) are also 25+ and will be listed on the rental agreement.
Insurance you'll need
I have my own auto insurance — it's the primary coverage in the event of an accident.
I can provide an Insurance Binder / Certificate of Insurance showing my coverage, deductibles, policy number, and the vehicle's year, make, and VIN, with DBW Management LLC listed as "additionally insured" or "loss payee."
I'll email my binder to rentcargoatlanta@gmail.com before pickup.
No full coverage? I can buy it through MBA Insurance or at checkout (purchased insurance is non-refundable).
Deposits & fees
I understand the $50 non-refundable reservation fee secures my booking and applies toward my rental cost.
I'm ready for the $250 refundable security deposit (returned within 7 business days if there's no damage or extra days/mileage).
Sales tax applies, and a $25 admin fee applies to declined cards or vehicles returned with damage.
Daily rates start at $99 (Mon–Thu) / $119 (Fri–Sun) with 100 miles included per day — see full pricing.
Good to know
Rentals run from a few hours up to 30 days (longer rentals renew after 30 calendar days).
I can drive anywhere in the contiguous U.S.; written permission is required to drive outside the U.S.
I'll return the van with a full tank — a $6/gallon charge applies for fuel not refilled.
One pre-trip change to pickup/return time or location may be allowed; additional changes may incur a $50 adjustment fee.
Pickup location & hours
Vehicles are in Midtown Atlanta (1445 Woodmont Ln NW #1512, Atlanta, GA 30318).
Pickup & return is 8 AM–9 PM, 7 days a week — I'll ask if I need a time outside those hours.
Office support runs 8 AM–8 PM with a 24/7 emergency line at (770) 692-4257.

The $50 reservation fee and $250 deposit are charged when you book online. Your rental balance can be settled at pickup with any of these:
