• Driver's License Information: License number, expiration date, date of birth, and state of issuance. Driver's license images (front and back) are securely uploaded and stored in encrypted cloud storage with private access controls, ensuring only authorized personnel can access them
• Insurance Information: Insurance type (personal, commercial, or rental coverage), insurance company name, and policy numbers
• Payment Information: Credit card details including card number, cardholder name, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. Payment processing is handled securely by our payment processor (Sola Payments), and sensitive card data is not stored on our servers
• Reservation Information: Rental dates, van preferences, selected equipment rentals, pickup and return locations, and rental history
• Additional Driver Information: If you add additional authorized drivers to your reservation, we collect the same contact and driver's license information for each additional driver
